Stacey provides individual and couples counseling, diagnostic assessments, and DBT groups for individuals 16 and older. Stacey works as an outpatient provider at the Willmar location. She has clinical experience consisting of working with individuals who have, depression, anxiety, substance use issues, self-esteem issues, problematic pornography use, borderline personality disorder, grief/loss, traumatic brain injury, and trauma. Stacey utilizes the following therapeutic approaches, Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Gottman techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy.
Stacey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. She worked as a Certified Financial Counselor at Lutheran Social Services, was the Executive Director of the United Way of West Central Minnesota, and owned her own retail business. Stacey graduated in 2021 from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts degree in counseling and psychological services. She has worked for Woodland Centers since 2021.
In her free time, Stacey enjoys time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include camping, mountain biking, skiing, and most outdoor activities.
