Dr. Pamela is a Licensed Psychologist. She provides outpatient therapy services for adults 18+. She works with a broad range of mental health issues but particularly enjoys working with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, co-occurring substance use issues, autism spectrum disorder issues in adulthood, and emotion regulation difficulties. She has intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and facilitates weekly skills groups in DBT. She additionally enjoys integrating faith and psychotherapy and received specialized training integrating the Christian/Catholic faith into psychotherapy.
Dr. Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007 and her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in 2013. During her doctoral program, the focus of her experiential training was in rural mental health, and her doctoral internship was completed at Range Mental Health Center in Virginia, MN. She has worked exclusively in rural mental health since graduating from her doctoral program in 2013.
Dr. Pamela has worked for Woodland Centers since 2015 and is a Clinical Administrative Supervisor. She also provides Treatment Supervision for the ARMHS and CSP programs and Clinical Supervision to interns and clinical trainees.
