Lyndsie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, MN). She received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from the Adler Graduate School. Lyndsie has experience working with children and adults in a variety of settings. She provides individual therapy for clients experiencing substance use/mental health, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, grief and gambling disorders. Lyndsie utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation and Motivational interviewing. She is a Minnesota Certified Gambling Counselor.
