Kathy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She works with individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and relationship conflict with adolescents 15 years old and above, adults, and couples.
Kathy received her Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy in July 2014. She had been working in private practice for several years providing individual psychotherapy prior to Woodland Centers.
Her focuses are on individuality, life balance, self-awareness, and personal choice.
Kathy is also a Masters Level Certified Life Coach which brings the skill of working with intrinsic values to therapy.
