Jim is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who started working at Woodlands Center in January 2023 within the outpatient services at the Kandiyohi County office. Prior to that, he had been
providing mental health care services in an inpatient mental health unit for the past 10 years.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Saint Cloud State University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the College of Saint Scholastica. He provides in-person and telehealth services for
adolescents and adults with mental health concerns from age 16 and older. He has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare settings including long-term care, home care, hospitals, and clinics.
