Crisis Stabilization Unit - Adults
Our Crisis Stabilization Unit is for adults who are in a mental health crisis in their lives. Persons can be self-referred or referred by family or other agencies. Our unit provides a safe and supportive place to start recovery and stabilize during a crisis. We welcome persons who are experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts or are having difficulty functioning because of mental health symptoms.
Individuals staying at Crisis Stabilization will meet with a qualified mental health team and complete a crisis assessment. Services offered include skills training in individual and group settings, assessment and stabilization. In our calm, comfortable unit, the average length of stay is 1-10 days.
We are available for walk-in services and admissions 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.Â
