Mobile Crisis Response

Our team will meet with you at a time and place that works best for you. Telehealth services are available. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Urgent Care

If you need to be seen today, Urgent Care services are available Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at all seven Woodland Centers locations or by telehealth.
No appointment needed and walk-ins are welcome.

Crisis Residential

Short term crisis beds for youth and adults. 1-10 day stay. Provides assessment, safety, support and referrals.
Located at 1125 SE 6th Street Willmar, MN.
