MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL: Woodland Centers is currently recruiting a licensed or license eligible Clinical Social Worker or Doctoral Psychologist. Supervision or licensure can be provided. The position involves evaluation and treatment services to adolescents, adults and families, and, perhaps, clinical supervision of unlicensed staff, all in an outpatient setting.  The services will be primarily located in our Willmar office, but over time reassignment to other offices may occur. Woodland Centers is a participating member of the National Health Service Corps and eligible candidates may apply for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program. MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER: FT opening working within Meeker County ARMHS program providing services to promote recovery by providing rehab services utilizing support, hope, and encouragement to people with psychiatric disabilities. Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services or a high school diploma with 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services or a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or hold a master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences. Requires good decision making, reading/writing, and communication skills; and the ability to work independently. DETOXIFICATION/CRISIS STABILIZATION LPN:  On call position in the Detox and Crisis Units at Woodland Centers.  (Minimum one shift every 30 days).  Provide nursing services to adults and youth with chemical health and/or acute emotional issues.  Position includes completing health screenings and monitoring, passing medications and processing provider orders.  As a part of our team you will communicate with clients, families and outside agencies while working in a fast paced environment.  Experience in the use of electronic health record is preferred.  Shift differential for evenings and overnights.  Most possess a valid MN LPN license, driver’s license, documentation of current vehicle insurance and a clean driving record.  Must be able to pass a background check.  Must be able to document two years freedom from chemical use problems.  Position open until filled. LPN /RN NURSE EXTENDER: Hourly position week days ( on-call for coverage, less than 20 hours a week) 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. serving as a contact person/liaison for the psychiatric unit in Woodland Centers’ offices in Willmar, Montevideo, Litchfield, Olivia, Benson and Dawson. Duties would include meeting with clients prior to their appointment with their prescriber, communicating with clients, parents, guardians and outside agencies, collaborating with other health providers, obtaining information, phone calls, processing orders, providing refills and other nursing duties. Must possess computer skills for documentation. Requires valid MN LPN or RN license. Previous mental health experience preferred. Must have excellent organizational and assessment skills and ability to work independently.  Must be able to pass a background check.  Must have a current Minnesota Drivers License.  Position open until filled. MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER/PROGRAM COORDINATOR: Woodland Centers’ New Connections Youth Day Treatment invites applications for a full-time mental health practitioner/program coordinator. Hours for this position will be Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days, though some flexibility is possible. This position will co-facilitate psycho-educational groups that provide an environment for children to learn and refine skills through repetition and practice. This position will meet and communicate with families and other involved parties to effectively coordinate care and treatment.  This position will also coordinate referrals, schedule intakes and ensure that the program runs smoothly.  Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services or a high school diploma with 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services or a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or hold a master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences. SUPERVISING NURSE:   (REGISTERED NURSE WITH COMPLETED MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER HOURS REQUIRED) FT position in the Crisis Stabilization and Detoxification programs working primarily day shifts with rotating shifts every other weekend.  Position is responsible for developing program policies/procedures for nursing services, developing systems of care for ongoing monitoring of health needs for clients, medication administration review, supervision and consultation with program nurses, and providing health education to clients.
