MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL: Woodland Centers is currently recruiting a licensed Mental Health Professional or clinical trainee to work in our School Linked Mental Health Program in the RCW and BOLD Districts. Woodland Centers is currently recruiting for Mental Health Practitioners in our  Ortonville Office.

Practitioner positions for our Adult Mental Health Rehab Unit (ARMHS) start at $14.64an hour and up depending on experience. This position involves providing services to promote recovery by providing rehab services utilizing support, hope, and encouragement to people with psychiatric disabilities. These positions require a bachelors degree in a qualified Mental Health Field with 2,000 hours of clinically supervised (by a Licensed Mental Health Professional) experience in the delivery of mental health services OR a high school diploma with 6,000 hours of clinically supervised experience OR a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences OR a master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences.  Position open until filled. MENTAL HEALTH WORKER: PT position (approximately 15 hr/week, Monday through Thursday 2:30pm to 6pm, also Wed 8am to 10am; summer months 1pm to 4:30pm and Wed 8am to 10pm) working within a multi-disciplinary team providing support for psychoeducational groups as well as individual and family supportive services in the New Connections Youth Day Treatment Program in Willmar. Requires a high school diploma; good decision-making, reading/writing, and communication skills; and the ability to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields preferred. Experience working with children and families preferred. Crisis Response Mental Health Practitioner:  Ft position (Monday- Friday 12pm – 8pm with some flexibility optional) within the Mobile Crisis Response program at Woodland Centers.  Position is responsible for providing mobile crisis response and follow up stabilization services to children and adults experiencing a mental health crisis in surrounding communities: collaboration with community providers; and, coordination of on-call staff.  Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Requires bachelor’s degree with 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services or a HS diploma with 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services or a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or hold a master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences. MENTAL HEALTH WORKER: PT opening(20 hours/week during the day) working within the Kandiyohi County Community Support program providing services to promote recovery by providing support, hope, and encouragement to people with psychiatric disabilities. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and a personal lived experience with a mental health diagnosis. Must be 21 years of age; have good decision making, reading/writing, and communication skills; and the ability to work independently. Requires a valid driver’s license, documentation of current vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record. RN or LPN:  FT or .8 position (includes mainly 3- 11:30pm shifts and every other weekend) in the Detox and Crisis Units at Woodland Centers.  Provide nursing services to adults and youth with chemical health and/or acute emotional issues.  Position includes completing health screenings and monitoring, passing medications and processing provider orders.  As a part of our team you will communicate with clients, families and outside agencies while working in a fast paced environment.    Competitive wages, additional Shift differential and competitive benefits package including medical/dental, 401K, and vacation starting at 15 days a year.  Most possess a valid MN LPN license and be able to pass a background check.  Must be able to document two years freedom from chemical use problems.  Position open until filled.
