Dorothy Anderson M.D.
Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology
Dr. Anderson provides child and adolescent psychiatric evaluations, individual and family therapy, and ongoing outpatient medication management in cooperation with psychotherapists. She also provides consultation to physicians and schools.
Dr. Anderson grew up in rural Lac qui Parle County, received a BA from Augsburg College, and a medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1972. Dr. Anderson completed a pediatrics residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by general and child psychiatry, finishing in 1979. The Wilder Child Guidance Clinic in St. Paul, Minnesota and the Mendota Mental Health Center in Madison, Wisconsin employed Dr. Anderson prior to her beginning at Woodland Centers in 2002. In addition, for 18 years Dr. Anderson was in private practice in rural Illinois. The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified Dr. Anderson and she is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Doctor of Medicine
Dr. Meaghan Casey is a licensed psychiatrist who began practicing in 2015. Her background includes a Master's Degree in Pharmacology from SUNY-Stony Brook. She then worked for Pfizer in their pharmaceutical sales division, which led her to Ross University where she earned her medical degree. She completed her residency at Bergen Regional Medical Center in Paramus, NJ. She has practiced at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ working in Substance Abuse Services and the Treatment Linkage and Case Management Program, which caters to mentally ill patients who have struggled to succeed with more traditional treatment. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Liberty A. Eberly
Dr. Liberty Eberly is a licensed Psychiatrist practicing medicine since 2005. This includes experience providing telepsychiatry full time since 2010. Dr. Eberly earned her D.O. degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Millcreek Community Hospital, Erie, PA. She also holds a Master's in Medical Education.

Kristel Hart is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and medication management for all ages. She is also the psychiatry provider to the ACT team.
Ms. Hart received her nursing education in Duluth, Minnesota, bachelor's degree from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois and a master's in nursing from the University of Minnesota. She is board certified in both adult and child and adolescent psychiatric and mental health nursing and has been employed at Woodland Centers since 2000. Prior to Woodland Centers, Ms Hart worked at Willmar Regional Treatment Center in both outpatient and inpatient adult and youth services.
Barbara E. Little
Barbara came to Woodland Centers in April 2013 from Arizona. Barbara provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for clients aged 18 and older.
Barbara received her Master's Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She has worked in a variety of settings for psychiatric clients. She is certified as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Barbara has worked in Florida and Arizona prior to moving to Minnesota.

Dr. Pamela Jacobson provides outpatient therapy, psychological assessments, and psychological testing services for children, adolescents, and adults at the Montevideo and Benson offices. She works with a broad range of mental health issues but particularly enjoys working with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, co-occurring chemical dependency issues, and behavioral concerns - including ADHD. She has intensive training and experience in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and treating personality disorders.
Dr. Jacobson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007 and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in 2013.

Dr. Kjos joined Woodland Centers in 2011 as an outpatient clinician. She was promoted to clinical director in 2014 and to Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Dr. Kjos attended Minnesota State University Moorhead where she received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She earned her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.

Dr. Julie Patten provides a variety of services to children, adolescents, and adults. She conducts outpatient individual psychotherapy, psychological assessments,and psychological testing at the Kandiyohi and Meeker centers. Her interests in counseling are in working with individuals who have depression, anxiety, difficulty with attachment, and autism. She completes psychological testing for individuals ages three and up, for concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism.
Dr. Julie Patten received her bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in applied behavior analysis at St. Cloud State University. Additionally, she attained her Doctorate of Psychology at the University of St. Thomas.
Psy. D., L.P. Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Maas provides psychological assessments and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and some adults. Currently, Dr. Mass provides services in the Willmar center. She provides clinical supervision to the Home-Based program and is clinical lead of the New Connections Youth Day Treatment Program. In addition to direct client services, and program involvement, Dr. Maas serves as a consultant to several multidisciplinary teams in our communities.
Psy. D. Mental Health Counselor
Dr. Urban provides assessments and therapy to children and adults in the Kandiyohi and Litchfield centers. She is involved in various programs at the center including Outpatient and the Adolescent Day Treatment Program. She is especially interested in the assessment and treatment of children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other behavioral problems.
Dr. Urban earned her doctoral degree at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology in the child track program. In 2008, she completed an internship at Mercy Medical Center, North Iowa. She is currently in her post-doctoral year under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Maas.
Masters Prepared Providers
Sara received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary, Denver, CO. She works as the School Linked Mental Health clinician in the BBE school district, with previous experience in a Youth Day Treatment setting. Sara has specialties both in treating trauma and in adoption related issues, working with children and families collaboratively in an effort to reduce post-traumatic stress symptoms, identify effective parenting strategies for the situation, and on the grief/loss that can come with both trauma and adoption-related experiences. Sara is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Rachel provides individual, marital, and family therapy in the Lac qui Parle and Chippewa offices. Although she has a passion for working with children ages 0-5 and adolescents/young adults, she enjoys working with clients of all ages. Areas of interest include play therapy and other therapeutic approaches, and working with clients with attachment-related issues, a history of trauma, parenting or family struggles, adjustment, grief/loss, and anxiety.
Rachel received her Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. She the received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 2012. She has been providing therapeutic services in rural MN since 2013 and was hired by Woodland Centers in 2016.
Kristle Chase provides individual, group and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through the School Linked Mental Health program in the ACGC School District. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from Concordia College in Moorhead. Kristle received her Master's degree in Social Work from Augsburg College in Minneapolis.
She has a wide range in experience working with all ages 3-97. Kristle is certified in Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children who have experienced a traumatic event. Special areas of interest include trauma, play techniques, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, emotional and behavioral regulation, developmental disabilities and parenting techniques.

Lori Dunham Morton
M.S., L.P. Licensed Psychologist
Lori Dunham Morton, Chief Operating Officer, joined Woodland Centers in 1993. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis; and her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud. She provides assessments; and individual, family, and adolescent group therapy. She serves as a representative to local and regional agencies that address mental health services and need of adults, children, and families in our communities.
Shawna Ehlenbach, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, provides individual and family therapy to clients age 4 through older adulthood. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulty with emotional regulation, behavioral symptomatology, parenting issues, and those impacted by family violence. Past experiences also include Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Victim/Survivor Advocacy, Children's Mental Health and Child Protection Case Management, School Linked Mental Health, Adolescent DBT, and Birth to Five diagnostic assessments and therapy.
Shawna completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree from The College of St. Scholastica in 1994 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota in 1999. She utilizes a supportive, strengths-based approach utilizing concepts from cognitive behavioral, (CBT), dialectical behavioral treatment (DBT), client-centered, and family systems therapies. Shawna has completed the basic level of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which focuses on rapid reduction of trauma and stressor-related symptoms. She has worked as a community-based outpatient psychotherapist since 2005.
Kathy Herzog received her Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy in July of 2014. She had been working in private practice for several years providing individual psychotherapy prior to Woodland Centers. She works with a variety of individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, adjustment issues and relationship conflict. Her focuses are on individuality, life balance, self-awareness and personal choice. Kathy is also a Masters Level Certified Life Coach which brings the skill of working with intrinsic values to therapy. She will be working with adolescents15 years old and above, adults and couples.

Jeanne holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling from North Dakota State University. She is licensed in MN, as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, (LPCC) and in ND, and WY as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Jeanne has experience working in the State of Wyoming in the areas of trauma, mental health and addictions, SPMI populations, domestic violence and parenting issues. She joined Woodland Centers in January, 2016, working in Outpatient Mental Health and Intensive Outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Adult Day Treatment and Anger Management in the Willmar office. She works in Benson on Mondays doing Outpatient Mental Health.
M.A., L.M.F.T., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Mr. Johnson provides individual, family and marital/couples therapy to clients in Kandiyohi and Swift counties. He also provides clinical supervision and assessments for the Woodland Centers Crisis Center program.
Mr. Johnson received his Master's degree from the Alfred Adler Graduate School in Hopkins with emphasis on marriage and family therapy. He received his Bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University with emphasis on psychology and philosophy. He has been with the Centers since 1991.
Lori Kendall, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, provides individual therapy to children ages 5 and up, as well as adults of any age. Lori has experience working with developmental trauma (abuse/neglect/attachment) as well as single incident trauma(s) in children and adults. In addition, Lori works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, behavioral issues, parenting issues, and those impacted by family violence. Whole family therapy is utilized when appropriate. Past experiences also include School Linked Mental Health and In Home Counseling.
Lori completed her Bachelor of Social Work and Spanish degree from Northwestern College (Orange City, IA) in 2005 and her Master of Social Work from the University of St. Catherine (St. Paul, MN) in 2010. Lori utilizes concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment focused therapies, solution focused interventions, strengths based interventions and trauma sensitive interventions. Lori has completed a practitioner training in Trust Based Relational Intervention ® (TBRI) through the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development (Texas Christian University). She also completed EMDR training.

Stacey Kuhl, L.M.F.T., provides assessments as well as individual, group, and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through Woodland Centers School Linked Mental Health Program in the Hutchinson School District.
Stacey received a Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Christian Studies from Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN. She went on to receive her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Eagan, MN. She has been with Woodland Centers since 2008. Stacey is a nationally certified therapist in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Stacey is also certified as a Managing and Adapting Practices: MAP Therapist and has completed the AAMFT supervision course and is a MN Board Approved LMFT Supervisor.

Mr. Lucas provides outpatient psychotherapy and assessments for youth, families, and adults at the Kandiyohi and Renville Centers. He provides clinical supervision to the adult mental health department teams for Renville County Human Services and Kandiyohi County Family Services. Also, he provides individual and group clinical supervision in the Kandiyohi Center for licensed eligible clinical staff working towards licensure.
Mr. Lucas received his Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University and his Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 1995, Mr. Lucas received his license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. Woodland Centers has employed him since 1984.
M.S., L.M.F.T. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Catherine Moudry is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides assessments, individual, family, marital/partnership therapy, in Kandiyohi and Renville Counties, for a broad range of mental health issues in those aged 6 to 86+. Of particular interest are issues of depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, other trauma issues, relationship discord, and teens with issues of development of the self and emancipation. She also provides clinical supervision for Home Based Practitioner’s in Kandiyohi and Renville Counties, and provides clinical services in the Adult and Youth Crisis programs.
Catherine Moudry has been employed at Woodland Centers since 2006. She has been involved in Home Based services, Intensive In Home, School Linked Mental Health Clinician at RCW and BOLD schools, co-facilitated then facilitated the Depression Skills Management Group, Adult and Youth Crisis clinician. She has also substituted in Adolescent Day Treatment Group, Youth Day Treatment Group, Illness Management and Recovery Group, and as a supervisor for ARHMS.
Catherine earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University in 2008. She also earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in 1996 with a focus in applied psychology, sociology and speech communication.
Heidi Peterson provides individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in the Woodland Center's outpatient offices in Litchfield and Willmar. She has many years of experience that have included: in-home counseling, county case management, co-occurring residential MI/CD treatment and school linked mental health counseling. Heidi graduated from St Cloud State University in 1996 with a BS in Applied Psychology and Chemical Dependency Counseling. Her Masters in Clinical Social Work degree was completed at the University of St Thomas in 2011. She has interests and training working with young parents, adolescents, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, chemical abuse issues, emotional/ behavioral regulation and attachment related concerns.
Ms. Pierce provides individual, group and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through the School Linked Mental Health program for Woodland Centers. Stephanie received a double Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts for the Human Services and Psychology from the University of Minnesota Morris in 2012. She went on to receive her Master's degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University in 2014. Stephanie is currently working towards obtaining her license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Stephanie has experience working with individuals between the ages of 4 - 95 providing mental health treatment. Experience has predominantly provided mental health services in rural setting including such as home environment and school; Experience has focused on depression, anxiety, strengths based perspective, cognitive behavioral therapy and use of play in therapy. Stephanie is credentialed as a Sand tray therapist.
Joshua Pierskalla is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides diagnostic assessments as well as individual, group, marital/couple, and family therapy services to youth and adults at the main Willmar center. He currently works in outpatient services, crisis/detox services, and is the clinical supervisor of the New Connections Youth Day Treatment Program.
Joshua’s clinical experience consists of working with children, adolescents, and adults with emotional and behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, marital issues, family issues, adjustment issues, and grief/loss. Joshua utilizes the Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches.
Joshua received his Bachelor's degree in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 2012. He then went on and received his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, also from St. Cloud State University, in 2014. During his graduate studies, Joshua worked with sexual offenders and obtained clinical experience in providing individual, group, marital/couple, and family therapy services. Joshua obtains membership as a Clinical Fellow through the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He also obtains membership as a Clinical Member through the Minnesota Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He is currently working towards national certification in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Joshua has been employed by Woodland Centers since December of 2014.
Reagan Quinn received her undergraduate degree in Science and Mathematics from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota and her Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver in Denver, CO. Reagan came to Woodland Centers with a background as a program director and mental health professional to chemically dependent adolescents and their families through an inpatient residential treatment program. She works in the School Linked Mental Health program.
Casey received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. She is licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Professional Counselor and as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Casey has experience with both adults and children in a variety of settings including mental health centers, communities, and currently is working in the schools as a School Linked clinician.

Ms. Sonstegard has been working at Woodland Centers since 2007 and has experience in many programs including Adult Foster Care, Crisis Center, Adult and Youth Partial Hospital programs, School Linked Mental Health, Outpatient services, and Assertive Community Treatment. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 2007 and her Masters of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University in 2010. She is currently working as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (L.P.C.C.) in the Assertive Community Treatment. She is the team leader and provides clinical supervision for the ACT program, serving the SPMI population in Big Stone, Swift, Chippewa, Lac qui Parle, and Kandiyohi counties.

Laura Tersteeg-Beier provides therapy with the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team.
Laura started with Woodland Centers in 2002 in our Crisis/Detox Center. She moved into working with our ARMHS programs being Coordinator in our Swift County satellite clinic. She did work on our ACT team when she left in 2008. Laura returns as a L.I.C.S.W. with a passion in working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, adjustments, and trauma as well as working with our Nation's Veterans (worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs).
Ms. Weir provides individual, group, and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through Woodland Centers at the outpatient clinic in the Chippewa office. Karley received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2014. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2016. Ms. Weir became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in 2018.

Heidi Winter has worked at Woodland Centers since 2006. She is currently the Unit Director of Outpatient and Access services. She also provides outpatient psychotherapy and assessments for adults. She co-facilitates the Intensive Outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, and provides individual DBT therapy.
Heidi received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall in 2001. She received a Master's of Social Work degree from the University of St. Thomas/University of St. Catherine in 2006. She became licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2008.

L.A.D.C. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Nicholas Klein provides outpatient substance use treatment for adults at the Kandiyohi Center. He also provides chemical use assessments, individual and family consultations, services in youth and adult partial treatment, and evaluations for adults at the Woodland Centers' Detox Center in Willmar. He facilitates the Day Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Aftercare Treatment programs in Willmar.
He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI in 2001. He completed his coursework for licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. In 2010, he became licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He has worked at Woodland Centers since 2012.
L.A.D.C. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Greg Reuss works in the Willmar center, providing outpatient substance use treatment services, which includes primary outpatient group therapy sessions for adults, individual and family consultations, chemical use assessments, Rule 25 assessments, and detox evaluations for clients in Woodland Centers Detox facility.
Greg received his AA Degree at Ridgewater College in Willmar and is a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor. He has been working for Woodland Centers since 1983.
Samantha is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is currently working toward becoming Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She graduated from Winona State University with my BA in Sociology and continued on to Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. After grad school she was an L.A.D.C. for 4 years. Samantha provides individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through the Intensive Family Based program for Woodland Centers.

Paige Ruegemer provides individual, group and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through the school linked mental health for Woodland Centers. She received her bachelor's degree in social work from Winona State University in 2012. Paige received her Minnesota social work license and worked as a Program Director in a group home setting with individuals with developmental disabilities and high behaviors. Paige received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from St. Cloud State University. She is a licensed professional counselor working towards her clinical license.
Mackenzie provides assessments as well as individual, group and family therapy services to children, adolescents and their families through the School Linked Mental Health Program for Woodland Centers. She also provides services to people of all ages through the outpatient program. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2013. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of North Dakota in 2017. Mackenzie’s prior social work experiences include children’s mental health and child protection case management as well as foster care licensing. She is currently working to obtain her license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
Sarah Erickson provides assessments as well as individual, group, and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through the School Linked Mental Health Program for Woodland Centers. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults both in home and in office settings. Sarah has worked in a variety of settings within Woodland Centers, including Supportive Housing. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict in 2012. She received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University of Minnesota in 2017. She is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Tierria McGlothin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, currently relocating from South Florida back to her home state of Mississippi. She is an experienced clinician most recently working in inpatient psychiatry and tele-psychiatry in correctional settings. Prior to becoming an NP, Ms. McGlothin worked as an RN for six years, starting out at the University of Mississippi Medical Center before moving into travel nursing, with assignments in California, Texas, and Florida. Ms. McGlothin earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alcorn State University in 2010, and was named Nurse Rookie of the Year by the Mississippi Nurses Association in 2012. She completed her MSN in 2016 through the online PMHNP program at the University of South Alabama.
Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy
Dr. Nancy Lewis is a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides a variety of services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She conducts outpatient individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and family therapy at the Kandiyohi and Meeker centers. Her interests in therapy are in working with individuals who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse issues, co-occurring issues, and family issues. She is licensed in the State of Minnesota as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has worked in the Substance Abuse field for 13+ years working at Project Turnabout, New Beginnings, Micah House Victory through Faith, State of Minnesota CARE and Bell Hill. She has helped develop family programs for two of these programs. She is also has been working in the field of marriage and family therapy since 2014 interning at Element Mental Health Service and Shiloh Family Services and providing mental health services as a LAMFT at New Beginnings Minnesota, Full Bloom Counseling Services, and Woodland Centers.
Dr. Nancy Lewis received her Associate of Arts degree in psychology / Chemical Dependency Counseling at Ridgewater College. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Ashford University. She attained her Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology and Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University.
Emily Molenaar provides individual, group, and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through the School Linked Mental Health Program at Woodland Centers. Emily received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL in 2010 and earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England in Portland, ME in 2017. She is currently working towards obtaining her license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Emily came to Woodland Centers with a background in providing hospice services, working with children, families, and adults in a variety of settings.
Randi believes in a holistic approach, and wishes to partner with her patients as they move towards better health and wellness.
She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, medication and therapy treatment of psychiatric and addiction disorders in children, adolescence and adults. She is certified as an advanced practice nurse and clinical nurse specialist in children and adolescent mental health and adult mental health.
She has worked in psychiatric nursing for 24 years. 14 years in an inpatient setting for children and adolescence and the last 10 years as an advanced practice nurse in outpatient settings.
She obtained her Registered Nursing education at the Willmar Community College in 1991, her Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Nursing from Moorhead State University in 2005 and her Master’s Degree in Science from the University of Minnesota in 2008.
She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in both Child/Adolescent and Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and is licensed by the State of Minnesota.
Sara Lynn Paesler

Sara Lynn Paesler, L.A.M.F.T., provides assessments as well as individual, group, and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families through Woodland Centers School Linked Mental Health Program in the Hutchinson school district.
Sara Lynn received a double Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota, Morris. She received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling Therapy from Capella University. She has been with Woodland Centers since 2017. Special areas of interest include trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, emotional and behavioral regulation. Sara Lynn utilizes interventions that are strengths based, collaborative, and trauma sensitive.
